2019 Pinot Gris - Siobhan’s Block - 1800 bottles produced. Planted in basaltic clay soils in a beautiful site located between Takou and Matauri Bay, overlooking the Pacific. A previously abandoned vineyard which had been painstakingly nurtured back to health by an elderly lady. Ripe pear and quince to the fore. A lot of Riesling-esque elements, a touch of kerosene, a wall of beguiling lime and yuzu acidity. An atypical Pinot Gris. 11.5% alc, Residual Sugar - 12g/L
