Kawa is an Amaro, made by blending distillates of the barks of several native New Zealand trees, including Kauri, Rimu and Pohutukawa, with a proprietary blend of locally sourced ingredients. Bitter, sweet, woody and extremely complex with a taste that lingers on the palate for an age.

Enjoy over ice, or on its own as an after-dinner aperitif, or use it to add a layer of moreish bittersweet complexity to any number of classic cocktails, including Negronis and Boulevardiers. Personally, I love to add a dash of Kawa to a Remana Lemon Spritz.
