Karaka is a slightly sweet, slightly bitter aperitif made using spray-free Valencia oranges from Kerikeri, and fortified with distillates of Gentian, Rhubarb Root, Wormwood and Orange Blossom to add a delicious savoury component.

Karaka is perfect as a bright citrussy, bittering component in a range of classic cocktails, or on ice with soda/tonic as the base of a classic summer spritz.
