Multiple white varieties of the Rhone, co-fermented together on lees in large format puncheons. Showcasing the classic broad palate-weight of Marsanne, salinity and refreshing acidity from Vermentino, the nuanced stone-fruit characteristics of Viognier, and the hauntingly beautiful jasmine tea and chamomile aromatics of Roussanne, this wine is rich, whilst being balanced, and complex whilst still being immediate in its enjoyability. Named for the winemakers eldest daughter.
