Fermented on lees in a mixture of large format puncheons and acacia barriques, this Sauvignon retains the classic herbaceous and tropical spectrum of flavours that New Zealand Sauvignon is renowned for, while also attaining a degree of density and richness achieved thanks to our Northern climes.
