This Vermouth was made using fortified Rosé wine from the Bay of Islands infused with a unique blend of locally sourced ingredients, including Cherry Bark, Rhubarb, Lemongrass, Tahitian Lime, Wild Rose, Elderflower and Orange Blossom.

A super-floral, semi-sweet aperitif, perfect with citrus and soda or tonic water.
