This vermouth was made using a base wine made of skin-fermented Vermentino wine, which was fortified and infused with distillates made from a range of flora sourced from the coastlines of the Bay of Islands, including Horopito, Olive wood, Karengo, Neptunes Necklace, Pohutukawa as well as several other botanicals.
Perfect as the base of a dirty martini, in a Oaxacan Negroni, or enjoy over ice with tonic water, or soda.
