Remana is a slightly sweet aperitif made using spray-free Yen Ben lemons from Kerikeri, and fortified with distillates of Kahikatea, Kumarahou, Wormwood and Tarata to add a delicious savoury component, making Remana far more complex and less cloyingly sweet than a typical limoncello.
